By train
The journey on the Rhaetian Railway (RhB) from Chur via Tiefencastel to the Engadin, with its spiral tunnels and viaducts, is undoubtedly one of the most interesting railway routes. It is also possible to travel to the Engadin from Landquart via Klosters and the Vereina Tunnel. From Zurich main station, you can reach St. Moritz in less than 3 hours. Station transfer

By car
You can reach the Engadin by car from anywhere in Switzerland, Italy, Germany and Austria. In the event of heavy snowfall, travel over the mountain passes is only permitted with snow chains or in 4x4 vehicles. In such cases, we recommend travelling via the Vereina Tunnel (car transport service) from Klosters to the Lower Engadin. Find out more about current road conditions and the car transport service.
